Historically Ylang Ylang has been used to assist in:

 

  • Skin: acne, blemishes, wrinkles, stimulates hair growth
  • Brain function: supportive, calming, balancing, seizures, stimulating, uplifting, antidepressant
  • Aphrodisiac: balances energies to increase libido

 

Extraction Method: Steam Distillation

 

Historic Benefits: This tropical tree produces flowers with superb fragrance. There are normally five different grades of Ylang Ylang essential oil with their quality and chemistry differences. The primary historic usages for the essential oil is to assist in calming and relaxing and is a very powerful antidepressant, sedative, nervine, and a support for the Circulatory System.
